The ProFet 5.1 is the bigger, more powerful brother of the ProFet 3.2. Loaded with 500 watts of solid state power, the ProFet 5.1 gives you mix-cutting volume and tons of head room. The preamp section is easy to use and extremely flexible. The ProFet 5.1 gives you more than most amps by including an adjustable compressor and a variable contour control. These extra controls helps you to dial in your tone!

"Geezer Butler, Black Sabbath's legendary bass player, once said, 'If you can't be good - be loud'. Luckily, with Warwick's ProFet 5.1 you can be both!

I tested the ProFet 5.1 at an impromptu jam session. There were two drummers, three guitar players, a drunk singer and me. Even with all of those musicians, and the myriad of train wrecks, my ProFet 5.1 kept me at the front of the mix, which is a good thing since I was the only one who knew all of the changes (well...most of them, anyway). I particularly enjoyed toying with the compressor and the contour controls. From song-to-song I was able to easily adjust my tone to fit the genre of the tune we were playing.

The ProFet 5.1 is the perfect amp for someone needing power and flexibility, in a very easy to use package. Great job, Warwick!"
